Support and general questions

For all general questions and technical support:

Write to us if you:

  • cannot access your account;
  • see unexpected errors when creating or managing short links;
  • notice incorrect redirects or analytics;
  • have questions about features or limits.

Please include, where possible:

  • the short link (for example: https://clk.ly/abc123),
  • what you expected to happen,
  • what actually happened (including any error messages),
  • your browser or app version if relevant.

Billing and failed payments

For billing-related questions and payment issues:

Contact billing support if:

  • your payment did not go through;
  • your subscription was not renewed, but you still need access;
  • you see a charge you do not recognize;

  • the approximate date and amount of the payment attempt;

If a link leads to our “Link expired” page and you believe it should still be active, write to:

  • the short URL that is no longer working;
  • whether you recently changed your plan or deleted the link;
  • whether this link was part of a campaign or integration.

We will check:

  • whether the link expired due to a date or limit;
  • whether it was removed because of plan changes;
  • whether it was disabled due to a safety or policy issue.
